Aesthetic medicine

We take care of health as well as beauty!

In addition to dental services, we also offer our customers aesthetic medicine treatments, which allow them to make minor adjustments to their appearance. Our patients can not only be healthy, but also maintain a youthful appearance for longer.

We offer treatments with hyaluronic acid in different concentrations:

  • mesotherapy – injections into selected areas of the face, neck or hands;
  • anti-wrinkle treatments – nasolabial folds, brow furrows, under-eye wrinkles, corner of the mouth lifts, correcting the shape of the nose, filling scars;
  • correcting the shape and size of the lips, improving lip contours, minor lip augmentation and moisturisation;
  • facial contouring with Voluma fillers.

MESOTHERAPY is a cosmetic treatment which involves injecting very small amounts of certain moisturising or revitalising substances with a thin needle between the epidermis and dermis. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is completely painless. Mesotherapy improves microcirculation in the subcutaneous tissue and cell metabolism. It stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, and promotes the processes involved in skin nourishment. It is a completely safe non-surgical method of improving the skin's appearance. It is also an effective preventive measure against skin ageing.

HYALURONIC ACID TREATMENT is the injection of hyaluronic acid in the form of a thick gel into selected areas of the face. Hyaluronic acid is polysaccharide naturally occurring in the human body, mainly in the skin, in various concentrations. One of its main features is its water binding capacity, through which it maintains the proper hydration of tissues. Hyaluronic acid molecules disappear over time. The hyaluronic acid used for smoothing wrinkles is a synthetic preparation, which significantly reduces the risk of allergic reactions. The formulations used for the treatment may be of different concentration and an appropriate concentration is always selected depending on the site of administration. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia which, depending on the location, can be EMLA numbing cream or dental anaesthesia. The procedure takes about an hour. Its effects are visible immediately and last, depending on the concentration of the preparation, between 6 and 18 months. The duration of the results is an individual matter which depends on a number of factors such as metabolism, hormones, lifestyle, smoking, sunbathing, diet, as well as genetic predisposition. Treatment can be repeated but this may not be necessary. Hyaluronic acid is absorbed after a certain time, leaving no traces.

PDO THREADS: PDO (polydioxanone) is a potent synthetic monofilament or polyfilament synthetic fibre which dissolves after a certain time in the tissue. PDO threads stimulate the production of new collagen and improve the texture and elasticity of the skin by stimulating the synthesis of the body's own hyaluronic acid. As a result, the skin into which a PDO thread is inserted becomes firmer, more supple and moisturised. The PDO thread introduction technique is based on using natural skin tension lines, which also causes an effect similar to a surgical facelift. PDO threads can also help limit the strength of facial muscles and obtain an aesthetic effect similar to that of administering botulinum toxin – muscle relaxation and smoothed facial features. The aesthetic effect is more natural than following the administration of botulinum toxin because a PDO thread does not fix the mimic muscles in place but affects them only by weakening their action.
